Limited Opportunity
I called about this today and the person I talked to indicated that the "limited opportunity any elk" hunt are still subject to the 10% non resident cap. Would enjoy getting any feedback if anyone has other info. Randy Newberg mentions that these hunts are not subject to the non resident cap. -

Hi Randy, Love your content. Thanks for this video. I guess that if there is 100% odds of drawing a deer/elk tag in Montana there is no point in trying to build points in this state? Or maybe there is no way of building points?? Thank, Curt- cjparry2
