Thanks guys. Your summary of the people and economy sounds about like what I thought and what I would expect in any smaller town. I couldn't imagine a better economy than where we currently reside. How is the local economy in that area? Ive heard that its very steady no big booms and busts? Also I have my ATV and boat a (center console tunnel hull with pods to run skinny water) would it be a waste there?
