+1 on the black ovis bags, they are on camofire pretty regularly. I bought the elk size last year for my antelope hunt. Worked great, if you go the elk size route, 2 of the bigger bags would be plenty for an antelope.
As far as what to bring, a pack capable of packing the meat back to the truck, a gps with onx map chip is huge for me, and a fishing pole in case you tag out early. Oh also leather gloves and knee pads if you plan to do some stalking. I never use knee pads but a lot of guys do.
Check eBay and rokslide often for spotting scopes for sale. You can save a ton if buying used, if you're patient enough you may even end up with a used swaro for the price of a new vortex.
