I'm in Jefferson county/Warrensburg. I've been hitting a lot of the conservation areas so far, but may need to travel down near Truman.

I'm in Warrensburg, I've checked out a couple consecration areas around here and think I just need to spend some more time out there and scout a little harder. Thanks again everyone for all the help.

Recently moved to Missouri from Idaho for work. Just wondering if anyone has any advice for public land archery deer hunting in this state. Scouted a little bit but I feel a little out of my element with how thick it is out here. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

HECS gear?

My neighbor bought into the idea. I'm still very skeptical. He'll be using if for deer, elk, antelope, and duck up here in Idaho this year. I am curious to see if it helps at all, although I don't think it will pose any advantages.

2015 deer and elk applications (yes , already)

I have a planned backcountry elk archery hunt with my brother in law, he graduates high school this year and his parents grad gift is a week long backpacking hunting trip here in Idaho. Cant wait to get back in the woods this summer.
