Montana elk episode
Randy, I noticed that your son and you both had your rifles slung in front. What are you using for slings and does it work well? I have been looking for a way to carry my rifle when hiking with a pack. This looks like it might work well.- carbine mike

CO pronghorn GMU 87
87 and 88 are both good units with lots of public land to hunt. I hunt coyotes in both and see a lot of goats.I drew a buck rife tag this year for 87, took 6 PP. There is a fair amount of private land in both areas also but I have had good success getting permission to hunt these ranches .- carbine mike
