My 2026 Iowa season
In preparation of hunting season I have decided to run a 5k. I HATE RUNNING, but I'm giving it a go in the name of elk. So I started couch to 5k 4 weeks ago and seems to be moving along well. The run is Labor Day weekend so just enough time to get ready.- duckhunt

Desert Bighorn Ram hunt,,
I think sheep is one of the coolest animals in the west but I'm with you on only doing raffles. I retire in 4.5 years and am thinking as a gift to myself doing west texas auodad.- duckhunt

Did a little shooting today. After about 50 bucks worth of bullets and powder I realized that I was moving my sights the wrong way. So after feeling like a dumb ass I cleaned the muzzy and took my wife out for supper.- duckhunt

Been awhile so time for some updates. I haven't done alot but been out a little bit. I did draw my first choice colorado muzzy elk tag, I will be hunting with my older son and hopefully other boy can come out to hang out with us for a few days.
