Nov 13th cant get here fast enough! Drew out for Unit 30, NM, third yr for this unit. Getting all my stuff together, will still forget something, thats the way it always goes! 8 to 10 days of fresh mountain air, hopefully the mule deer will cooperate and we bring home some BIG-UNS!! -
2011 NM Goat
Hey guys, I am looking into a goat hunt in NM next year, Public land, draw hunt. Any ideas on what unit to try to get into? One that is not a high demand area so we have a chance at getting drawn. Also, what is the best time to go, early or late season? Thanks for any and all info. -
Idaho 2010 2011
I was thinking of Idaho for Muley or Elk. I called fish and game dept and they have loads of tags left for this yr. Is this normal? I've heard that may be a sign of low numbers of animals? What do you Idaho guys say? Any insight would be great. Thanks
