    Back feeling a lot better on Friday but kept weights low and switched to 2 minutes between rounds. Then some cardio...up and down the sidewalk at the gym. I know I scared at least 2 old ladies as I came trucking down the road. It must have been terrifying 😅

    What type of solvent are guys using in ultrasonic cleaners? For context, this will be for filthy 22lr suppressors, assorted gun parts, etc but it may see a carburetor and other small engine parts. Would it be smart to have 2 different solvents for guns parts vs engine parts?
