    How would you feel about taking a Big game tag from each Hunting District and auctioning it off and having it so that buyer was in the area first... coupla days/ a week.     Good place for a High fence

    9 Thompson Falls Bighorn sheep got wiped out by the train as they were feeding along the tracks. Wouldn't this be a good idea to have a better fence along there to prevent this from happening.
