NM Muzzleloader with Ridiculous Pack Out

Ban on Thinning and Burns in the SW
https://www.kunm.org/post/judge-feds-failed-monitor-mexican-spotted-owl Posted this in another thread but maybe deserves it's own. It seems to me thinning projects and prescribed burns are our only tools for protecting forests, and therefor spotted owls. This is the most backward thing I've seen.- Crimeny
