States where non-residents can apply in resident draw if past resident?
I know in Idaho if you are a resident and move away you can apply in the resident draw for life, but pay non resident tag fees. Are there any other states where this is the case?- OregonElk

First time applying as nonresident.... is it worth applying for points in Montana?
My first post! I recently graduated college and finally have the ability to take time off for hunts. I have only ever hunted in Oregon as a resident, but want to start hunting the other Western states. For 2018, I will be applying in OR, ID, WY, CO, NV, UT, and AZ.
