Anyway this will be my last elk hunt.

For those interested, The grass/hay is being cut everywhere that the machines can cut and bale without tipping. Except for one guy that rolled a round baler down a hill. With all the dry areas in MT and a good crop in the Basin, not much stuff left for the birds.
I worked hard at getting a big Muley, didn't happen. Fair number of younger bucks, I let em go and decided to go for a WT.
I got this WT near the end of the season way up in NE MT.
Finally, a couple things. After a few years of lurking I am a member of HTF, you folks do a good job here.
And Finally the time has come for me and the wife to move back to Montana. Although I'm back every year for hunting and visiting, often for a couple months or more. :). With retirement...
