    Oh 100%. It’s all relative. I joined my brother in ND mid November for his hunt in a draw area with beautiful habitat for whitetail.i felt kinda bad complaining about the deer numbers and lack of size here after seeing very little sign and few deer on his hunt.

    Haha! Fair. I’ve come to realize that no matter how low deer or birds numbers get, out of town hunters will be unfazed.

    ADHD- Long overdue to deal with it

    Very interesting. Thanks for sharing. I’ve told my wife I feel like I’ve had undiagnosed adhd basically never being able to pay attention in class all through college and still hard to focus for any amount of time. Unless I’m stalking an animal. I can somehow laser focus for that. Lol

    Freezer time seems to help in my experience too. Some of the best most tender backstraps I’ve had have been carefully packaged backstraps that got lost in the freezer and were 1-2 years old and had been processed and frozen a short time after shooting.

    It was pretty easy hanging it. If you have a fairly cool spot to hang like a basement, it works well. I think mine took 7-10 days. It’s not too hard to just tell by feel when it’s done.     Have a Eugene’s pizza delivered to Sam and Jeff’s and enjoy with some cold beers there at the end of a day of hunting. Gotta have a glacier at flips too if you’re an ice cream guy. Good inexpensive food too.

    We were going to be in Milwaukee this summer and I wanted to take in a brewers game with the family. I checked stubb hub first and then the stadium directly. Stubb hub was much more expensive with no benefit to buying through them over the stadium.

    Birria bombs

    I made these for the second time last night with 4 bone in antelope front shanks. 4 cups beef broth and a birria bomb on low about 8 hours in the crockpot. Excellent! Every bit as good as Ive ever had at a restaurant.

    Awesome! Congrats! Thats a great mature billy! I remember after the 2nd goat hunt I was on saying I wasn’t sure I needed to go through that again. That feeling fades over time and ya kinda forget how grueling it is. 😂

    Antelope...Lets See Them!!!

    Wife and daughter doubled up on a herd yesterday. We crawled into 56 yards of a herd of 7 with my wife hanging back about 50 feet. My daughter dumped her buck as soon as he stood. Waved my wife up and they stopped at about 100 yards and she made a good quick shot.
