For what's it's worth I wrote my congresswoman and said I was against all the fee increases. I am a Wyoming resident and think this is just wring especially after hiking the special tag costs last year. I even pointed out how they stack up against the neighboring states.
I'm starting to think that with the rush for idaho general tags it's not really worth waiting in line. Instead treat the license cost as an expensive raffle ticket and try for some limited entry tags and then checkout the returned tag list.
