I use the skull hooker system, I only have a few skulls and the heaviest is probably a wild boar. I like them away from the wall a bit but not sure how they would work on heavy skulls like kudu or gemsbok.

I have been using a 10x12 canvas duck wall tent for years. It seems perfect for 2 hunters with all gear. don't go with a short wall either. I have hunted 4 once in it but it was very very crowded in there. it is packable as is the pole set I have for those who desire a wilderness pack in too...
I have shot a couple of nice ones including full military & sporterized & while I agree that they are among the most accurate of military rifles, they did not prove quite as accurate as my Savage Stealth 6.5 CM.
I have to take mine off because the rifle and suppressor won't fit into the safe together. I have not seen any POI change between taking it on or off. I have the same POI change every time between off and on.

Get a waterproofing spray or wax. I use various brands meant for boots, packs, and various gear. My tents have never had a problem to my recollection. Just make a habit out of waterproofing your tent even if it does not leak at least once a year to be safe.
