I am a landowner and have always obeyed game laws. Being a landowner doesn't make you a poacher. Having a mindset of a poacher makes you a poacher. That's a very big generalization. All my neighboring landowners are the same, we follow game laws.
I am talking about smaller SUV not Expedition and Tahoes. Could have said to make it easier.
Lets disagree on shoulder. I have yet to ruin any meat with a solid copper. Its what made me change to copper when I had an Accubond LR ( not Accubond)fragment all over inside an elk when it hit a...
Ok. I guess I not a perfect shot like many and prefer a heavier bullet with better terminal ballistics to help out when I am off a little bit. Just my opinion. But I've got a little experience will killing stuff. But I am others know more.
The 270, 270 WSM and 7MM yes are similar. But the others I mentioned are not. Sure a 270 or 30,06 will kill and N. American game. But the newer heavy for caliber cartridges do it better. Sure hit the main vital and your good. But I have shot several elk and hit a lung and heart and tracked them...
On the bigger power range both my Nosler 30 with a VX5. or my Nosler 28 with a VX3

Just make sure to look at the Polaris HD1500 to compare. I have not seen the Cam Am Version but I would just look at both. I have the HD1500 and cant imagine there is anything better.
The 1500 fixes all the things about the the range people complained about. Shifting, belts, sealed cab...
Why try? I know why
This feeling inside me says it's time I was gone
Clear head, new life ahead
It's time I was king now, not just one more pawn
Was my song when I was a kid to go in the world and make things happen
I appreciate you boarding. Gives me more wickets to go around. I am a two planker. On a serious note, older guys like me seem to be respectful boarders and I can co-habitat. The younger crowd i cannot. Ruin the snow and sit on the downside of hills.
As someone who has skied downhill semi...
Since Idaho is full Eastern Oregon is great option. Lots of hunting, fishing, skiing, hiking etc. Housing prices are a 1/3 of the west side, and weather is much better overall. I spend about 80% of time living in E Oregon. Spent the last 40 years in Portland. I would not recommend it.

For me I wouldn't consider to tracking. While I hunt alone, checking in lets her know things are all good. She is the only that knows where I am so If I don't check in she knows something is wrong.
If you like bones. I consider eating Carp the same as eating liver. Why? I your starving then fine, I have tried them both and I guess I have been lucky I have never been that hungry.
Try anything once ( except puffer fish)
I bought a weighted vest. Mine is 30 lbs. I have 2. I throw them in my pack. Problem is the only you cant train for is the weight shifting with terrain.
