DKO thanks for the encouragement. Elk Turd and I have checked our bait site twice since we have set it up and we have one bear hitting it pretty good. The tracks measure about 4.5" wide. Not sure if it's a descent bear or not but will keep you informed. :D- booga

Ithaca 37 I'm sorry but they picked up my trash this morning before I read your post! So I don't have the turkey wings left. I like to save a tail once in a while to fan out for a trophy mount. If I get lucky enough to get another turkey this spring I will definetly send you the wings and tail...- booga

selecting a bait site
Tim you live in great country, I lived there for 18 yrs. I have only baited bear for a couple of years but have had a lot of help from Mossie. Something we tried last year was syurp or molasses poured over the bait and on the ground in front of the bait. We only give them one way into the bait...- booga
