Long time comin’
The Norma whitetail and Tipstrike have been very consistent for me in 2 Tikka 6.5 creedmoors. Boxes purchased several years apart shoot same point of impact and same consistent sub moa group size. -

Took it out one last time for now. Switching to other things. Really likes the Norma loads. This is about as good as I am capable of. -

Made the mistake of bore scoping my new rifle while cleaning. The first couple inches of freebore and leade lands look terrible. Gouges,nicks, and grooves all over. My 6 year old standard T3x looks much better. But they both shoot great and the remainder of the bore looks very good. -

Mine fed great for a few seasons then I got a nose dive at the range. Smacked the back of mag on my hand a few times and the internals realligned and worked ever since. I always give it a smack when loading now. -

Took it out with the bipod today. No rear bag as the ones I brought along were too low to use properly. Best groups were 5/8 and 3/4 inches at 100 yards. Used all Norma whitetail today. My other 3 groups each had a high flier from not loading bipod enough. Also got my MK machining scope caps... -

Did you change out the recoil lug or are you still running the original? Mountain tactical claims the new T3x steel ones aren’t strong enough either and need to be changed for the ones they’re selling. But of course- they are selling them 😁. -

This years MN buck. My personal best. Huge body. Hard drag out and most of it was down hill. Got about twice the trimmings vs the young bucks we normally get a shot at. -

I’ve got 7 of them. My newest and most used are a VX-2 3-9x40, a VX-2 4-12x40, and a VX3i 3.5-10x40. Havnt had any issues with any of them. All 3 of these havnt needed any adjustment since getting initially dialed in on preferred factory load. The VX3i is on my main deer rifle, a Tikka T3x 6.5... -

My daughters doe this year took a good hit to both the neck and a bullet through the eye with a .243 and was still on its feet. Needed a third shot to the chest to drop it. Apparently just missed both the spine and brain. -
