    We do that all the time hauling in ice fishing gear, look up smitty sleds. Basically use downhill skis and build a frame that will hold an otter sled.

    I have the traditions pursuit G4 ultralight in .50cal. Normally I've been just using triple 7 or pyrodex pellets.

    I just read the untra fine print in our regulations book and she can use a crossbow during the firearms season, since I have one as well I think we'll go that dirrection until she can get more comfortable shooting a bigger gun.

    I'm looking into that as well, being it is a early firearms youth hunt not sure she can use a crossbow. Luckily I'm in MN and they just made it legal for anyone to use a crossbow during the archery season, just not sure she can use it during the firearms season.
