    Just finished week 2 of mountain tough body weight on ramp 2.0. Been mixing in, on the off days, 20 min on the treadmill at 3 mph and a 5 to 7 incline for 20min followed by 10 miles on the stationary bike in 23 to 24 min and finish with a mile walk on the flat track.
