When I did the MF the one outfitter we encountered multiple times was a complete douche. Had to plug up the heads of rapids to get photo ops for his clients, completely blocked up the take out so his guides could have more of a party...
It was ranchers that claim hunters are disrupting livestock using water on public land. Of course hunters will not remember these types of things come election season
My 11 year old nephew and my dad took a short walk from dad’s house yesterday and somehow my nephew spotted a fresh shed from around a couple hundred without binos. My dad saw the buck a few days earlier with just the side they found. I’m sure the other is around the house somewhere
I’m at two with zero days looking. One whitetail shed from the road and a mule deer shed along my parents driveway that’s been on the ground for a year
I’d much rather have a group like APR buying the farmland south of my town than watching it get turned into high priced subdivisions and factories for computer chips. Sure is weird our bird hunting is terrible and our elk keep plundering the farm lands they are getting more and more squeezed into.
I did a permit river every year from 2016-2019 I think. Have friends that routinely drew middle fork or main salmon about every other year. Huge dry spell for my friend group outside of being able to pick up turned in hells canyon permits. I’m sure glad though that outfitters are getting to plug...
