Lead bullet ban in N.Y. for 2025?
I haven't heard anything about the bullets. But if its anything like the split shots for fishing, you cannot buy them in NY. I can though bring mine from PA to use. It could be the same where the sale is prohibited not so much the use?- PAGOAT

Help Me Legalize Semiauto Rifle Big Game Hunting In Pennsylvania
It wasn't long ago southern zone of NY was shotgun only also. They then switched right to SA rifles. I hunt deer in NY most years and I cannot remember ever seeing a SA in the woods or camps. It'd be interesting to see if or by how much hunting accidents went up in NY the past ummm 10 to 15...- PAGOAT

Help Me Legalize Semiauto Rifle Big Game Hunting In Pennsylvania
I signed it, the "hunters" in this state are ridiculous. I can use a Ruger 10/22 for small game but to take a Ruger mark iv to plink some squirrels is illegal. They feel like a change to a semi will ruin the deer hunting, news flash I can get about a dozen doe tags now days and hunt them for...- PAGOAT

Social security by the numbers
While I do like the pension plan we had I prefer the 7% match to the 401k now. My biggest deal with the pension is when I die the kids have no money left over, at least we'll get everything from the401k.- PAGOAT

My new beagle is 10 months old and lives to hunt. It runs rabbits great but it also will run deer. I have been working on getting out ahead of him and when I know it's a deer I can give him a shock or 3. Lately one zap or even tone will turn him off them and he is back to hunting. Solo Elk hunting
I can see that being a problem in Sept my Colorado elk took 3 days to get out alone but that was into October. From shooting to cooler it really sucked. -

PA Sunday Hunting ban repealed?
It's a good mix between the anti-doe people and not. The people getting shot speech I hear from others who are against a Sunday hunt. Grabbing onto anything they can to make an argument of it. Hopefully it passes, but any change in PA is the end of the world to a lot of people here. An extra couple days a season to hunt and people will be shot if they go for a walk or all the doe will be killed :rolleyes:. CO 61 roads and atvs
It helps a lot now, the couple roads I looked at were actually motorcycle trails. The roads you mention go north off 402 or divide they would be in 62. If the weather is going to look bad I'll probably take the atv at the last minute but i think for now I plan to leave it home.
