    Yesterday, at the Newly developed Snowy MTN WMA, a helicopter was observed flying over the new public land, that is adjacent to the N-Bar (Wilks) . It appeared to be harassing or herding elk. Based on below review I found, it looks like it could be a regular activity. Has anyone else observed this kind of activity or similar? What are your thoughts on the best way to proceed. Legal of course.

    I mainly hunt on the north side of the Little Snowies (411) and I have never witnessed any harassment/herding by helicopters.

    I was lucky enough to draw 411-20 this year. I saw your post from a few years ago. Any info on the unit would be great! I plan to do a couple scouting trips this summer.
