Concur with wyoelkfan15. I'd think there's a lot of ambiguity in the "reasonable" hunting access on their property. What does that mean? Enrolled in the HMA program? For what it's worth - depending on the area and species, I've had very limited success in getting permission to hunt by using...
Always carry a spare in the pack. Only took one time to be a couple miles down the trail and realize my release was still in the case at the truck... "Suckfest" to quote Wrong Burgundy.

Agree with everything you said except the part about the first year. Unless they limit the General tag holders somehow, I bet it would be a $hitshow. Would be a good year to hit other General areas in my opinion.

rwc1010 - Same here in Cheyenne. Best source has been the local shops (Rocky Mountain & Frontier) in town. Can occasionally find the odd box of 06 in Jax or Murdochs. Sportsmans hasn't had any in while.
Pretty close to 5. It took 4 to be guaranteed at tag in the regular and 3 only had a 45% success rate in the special. About the only limited draw units you'll get with less than that are antlerless tags. A lot of the limited draw type 1 tags are well into the teens for points to draw.
