CC Hit for AZ Javelina Tag
We drew the youth hunt for unit 35a for my son. His friend put in for the same unit as 1st choice but ended up with the general season tag for 36a (which I put them in for as a second choice) with me. So I’ll be making to trips out there this year. I might make a quick scouting trip this week...- Wino

Anyone here eat jack rabbit?
We’ve been eat the Jack my kids take while camping. We usually just grill the back straps up after I remove the silver skin with some seasoning. Cook medium rare. Kids like it. I then save all the legs for the slow cooker at home. I follow Hank Shaw venison barbacoa recipe but use the jack...- Wino
