Lots of left over tags! Any suggestions for units in the South??
Hey HuntCA. I have a D8 tag and I have been scouting recently. Like everyone else says, not much deer sign, but plenty of public land and the area is surrounded by "decent" ca units. Hit me up and I will share what I know. Good luck.- wdjames

X-10 General Season Deer
I did not draw this season, so I thought I would hunt a new area in D8. I can hunt the western part of the Golden Trout Wilderness bordering X10. I assumed there would be a lot of hunters at the campgrounds... do you guys ever see people backpacking hunting/camping off trail in there? I'm...- wdjames
