7mm rem mag with hybrid 100v
ok with everything in such short supply i cant get the powder i usually use. What I do have is Hodgdon Hybrid 100V 4 lbs of it. I'm shooting 150 barnes ttsx bullets. Finally time to do some reloading for my Savage Model 110 Long Range Hunter in 300 WSM.
I have a good load using varget and 165 accubonds 025 off the lands. I dont go for speed bu accuracy. At 100 yards I get a 1 1/4 in group so I'm happy with that. Now I cant find any varget anywhere so any suggestions on a close equivalent to varget?- vman1959

I am 58 and 4 years into elk hunting, have yet to get a bull. I have been looking over Montana and am looking for honest advice as to where I would have the best shot at drawing a tag. Only stipulation is no areas with grizzly. Thanks. -
