30-06 175 SMK H-4350 question
Question...looking at loading some 175 grain Sierra TMKs in 30-06. Hodgdon lists 55 grains of H-4350 as the starting load. Sierra lists 55 grains as the top load before the round is compressed. I have not run into such a difference before. Anyone loaded this before? If so, what grains...- USAF Ret

Handload - 130 Speer HotCor 40.5 grains CFE-223. Need to do some seat depth testing. Not the speed I was hoping for, but plenty for a whitetail. -

So, based on my groups with factory ammo, I had someone say just buy the factory ammo. Is it the reloader in me that wants to reproduce the same results with handloads? Should I just not waste components and buy 10 boxes of ammo and call it a day?- USAF Ret
