Hi I saw you have hunted Unit 53 in the past. We are planning a bear hunt for early sept there this year. Looking at the area to the far south of the unit near the saddle mtn area and the slide down. Any tips you have that would help? Not looking for specific spots but I know lots of elk hunters in the area but not many bear hunters from what ive heard.
