Idaho controlled mule deer hunt
If you like 22 go give 31 deer a shot. But if you draw 22 and you already know the unit we all know you will have no problem harvesting a great buck. Good luck.- stickthrower44

So true! People need to realize that if they shoot the little ones they leave few to actually get big. And plenty of big ones still in 39.- stickthrower44

39 has some big bucks and some trophy bucks. But yes off the beaten path of all the road hunters. The big boys hang in the deep draws full of brush or high up on the mountain peaks with the thick timber. Gotta step on them to get the big boys up. But I've always been able to find some dinky...- stickthrower44

unit 41, 42 owyhees
I was lucky enough to yet again draw the unit 41 and 42 archery mule deer tag for the owyhees. I drew the 42 late season rifle hunt when I was 12 and was successful with a 27" 5x5. Since that day I continue to fall in love with being in the owyhees. I have never hunted 41 and I've been around...- stickthrower44
