    USAA for Home and auto?

I’ve had USAA since 2005/6 time frame and only issue I had had was banking. Wife and I have had them for home, auto and banking. Have only done 1 claim for a auto accident and was easy enough to get taken care of. I do have 1 teenage driver and another one soon so our auto premium is outrageous….

    EOY ‘23 - What Worked, What Didn’t?

The goods: CA Ridgeline 300 PRC with Hornady 212 ELDx, groups great, dropped the deer in their tracks. Savage Switchback (sportsmans model) 6.5 Creedmoor, HSM 140gr Berger VLD, stupid tight groups, makes the deer also just as dead. Maven rangefinder, much nicer than the old vortex and Sig...

Best Bang For The $ Hunt Of A Lifetime?

Id start with one of two questions first, what species or what location is the “bucket list” then go from there. If just a adventure, do you want to work for it or maybe just want memories with out the worry of getting lost in the bush.

    Road constructuon by seely lake

I just went to Kalispell on friday and came back Saturday. On the way up we sat for around 45 mins or so. Watched southbound come by twice before we got a chance to move. But it does look like they are fairly close to finishing, granted we know they want it done before snow flies.

    Best bino harness and why

I have Marsupial in both the original and new fully closed one. I have a pistol holster on the bottom, ranger finder on the right and extra side pouch for chapstick, knife and lighter on the left side. It has a couple pockets for diaphram calls etc in it. Quality build, quick shipping, tons of...

School me up on buying a 4 to 6 ton excavator and mulching head

Can check out Diamond Mowers out of SD, 2 year warranty vs industry, standard of one year. The head will need to be “tuned” to the machine for optimal performance. Usually takes maybe an hour. Instead of the usual high flow or stand flow. The drums turns in relation to the output of the machine...

School me up on buying a 4 to 6 ton excavator and mulching head

I’m the manager of a Bobcat dealer here in Helena. Great rebates or financing terms till the end of August. I will say this though, I havent seen anyone come back and say they bought too big of a machine. If you like the specs and price of a E50, check out the differences for an E60. Cliff...

Waited as long as a could....... :(

Ive been debating on building a SBR AR or just do it as a pistol. But a stock feels way better than a brace.

    Platform or Cargo Basket

Depending on the vehicle there might be better options out there. Either direction you go with, do not overload it with heavy items. Most roofs are not rated to hold alot of weight. The platform allows for more surface area and longer items. The basket keep things a bit more confined. On a...

Where do you draw the line on buying local?

Id say its a fine line. The guys at the SW here in Helena are good people. Known them and the manager for years. I support them when able, the other stores in town are good also and also know those people. These businesses support our kids and schools in sponsored events etc. Plenty of online...
