Packing boned out meat w/ load shelf
Is there a certain/required order in which pieces you pack out first? Does it matter? Which piece(s) do you prefer to pack out first. Just thinking that if I get an elk this year.- RTaylor

MR Metcalf and H2O
I run the Platypus 2L bladder in my Metcalf. I always carry a 1L platypus collapsible bottle rather I use it or not for water shortage areas. Nalgene are good for putting cigars in.- RTaylor

What’s too cold to tent camp.
I just spent 13 days hunting in the backcountry sleeping in a tent in below 30 degree weather with normal nights in the high teens (18 degrees). I have a zero degree bag as well.
