    Million dollar questions.... hopefully they clarify some of the issues when the regs are approved/released. I have traditionally and generally liked the split PP/BP system in MT, but this bill really screwed things up.

    Looks like you must have a valid hunting or combination license when applying for the permits. This was not the case when applying at the Expo.

    Will probably buy another point for elk, I am at 7 and kind of in no mans land at least for the units I am interested in. May apply for one of the long shot units with random tag, although draw odds are pretty damn low. Anyone ever draw a premier tag in the random draw?
