There are definitely areas that could be patrolled more but for our main hunting area Junction Creek in Durango CO during rifle season there seems to be a warden behind every tree. I'll add to your statement by saying it isn't just a WA & CO problem. It's them for now. Every sportsman in every state should be aware of these issues and contributing something to stop them.
