Well.. it tastes like seal🤣 sorry, but i dont know how to describe it. It is nothing like venison, pretty coarse id say with big fibres. One thing to remember is to clean the meat fast and i always try to keep the blubber from the meat as best i can, the blubber taste like fish, wery much so... -
combination/Drilling
The blaser D99 drilling would be my first choise. It can shoot the riflebarrel varm and still group all day long unlike most combiation guns with solderd barrels who will climb up the target with each shot. This aint much of a problem when out hunting since the one shot often is plenty. Another... -

I guess sealhunting may be fround upon in most parts of the world, but has always been a thing over here. We take something like 300 seals every year countrywide, and considering our long coastline that isnt alot. As our fisheries are a big part of the economi, sealpopulations need to be managed... -

No wait at all, no aplication or register at all for a silencer over here. Simply buy one and thead it on the barrel. Guns on the other hand need both, and takes 2-8weeks to aprove. Depending on the current workload at the licencing office.. -

Capercallies yes, hangin in the tree are two black grouse on top, a female capercallie on the left and a male on the right. The one in my hand is my biggest to date, weighing in at 5.2kg. Bagging one of these are rare as they always seem to know how to get away! -
Suppressor on Hunting Rifle
Up in this part of the world, most people use supressors. And why not, they are an over the counter item here, no aplication, about the same cost as a good scopemount, they will reduse the abuse on your ears, cuts recoil in half, improves accuracy and if you cut your barrel acordingly the rifle... -
Remington Seven HS SS, do they shoot?
My go to gun is a seven xcr in 308. With 165gr acubond it shoots like this.. 110yards or so, the acubond is the only bullet that will group this thigt so far, Nosler Custum competition 155gr looks like this.. I dont think the seven wil disapoint you acurasywise.. -
