    What you all cookin for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day

    Today was a ham dinner. Tomorrow more ham again but slso grilled coho salmon and their bellies, halibut, rockfish, and cod. All caught at my cabin this year in Alaska. Saving the squid we caught for new years eve. No luck on the shrimping this year.

    I didn't make it to my cabin in Alaska this year. My daughter said she wanted to go up for 3 weeks. She picked a good year for coho. The good news is she flying back to Pa for a week for a visit before flying home. Can't wait to eat the catch!
