.This meat was washed, cooled,trimmed dried and bagged,we would remove it from the creek every time we returned to camp,dried it, changed game bags etc.it was not thrown in the creek to rot- Much2hunt

Hung deer quarters in our back country camp.Above the crick in the shade, perfect temps.but in the morning a pine martin chewed through my game bag and ate a lb or 2 from a quarter. Dog food works .but is way expensive. I use 3-way sweet from the local feed store,about 10$, for 50lbs.
