First time elk hunting, Archery or rifle?

I've had the same debate with myself but I'm going to go rifle simply because my shooting is much better. Just hoping the weather cooperates.

Best Game Meat??

Elk is the best I've had so far but I've yet to try Pronghorn and Moose. Where are you all hunting whitetails that some of you can't tell it apart form elk?

I've been planning my first trip for awhile now and every thread I read gives me more anxiety the closer we get to October but it's also pretty exciting.

There's one about 7 minutes away from me here in Texas and my wallet doesn't appreciate it at all. Haven't been to Cabela's or Basspro nearly as much since they opened.
