I have multiple rifles but the one I always grab from the safe is a .300 wsm. I dislike the the muzzle break, but it makes the kick irrelevant. Bang flop stick for sure.
I always remember my second son’s first buck. He shot him at about 30 yards. When I checked the rifle to make sure it was unloaded I noticed the scope was at 15 power 😳. He must have started at the top of the back and worked his was down, lol.

Always buy adjacent land if it’s priced at market and you can afford it. If nothing else, you can sell it later and have some control over the process and possible buyer. BUY IT!
