Eastern unit by Nebraska border
We have hunted in units 9 and 11 several times over the past 10 years or so, always with doe tags. Those are getting harder to draw, however. But the answer to your question is yes, it certainly is doable to kill a buck in those places, but the key, in my opinion, especially with limited time... -
