Not exactly, you need land to claim residency. Is is if you're not in CA for more than 6 months of the year. For me, it's about claiming residency in another state. In order to do that I need to be outside of CA for more than 6 months. It doesn't mean I need to even be in MT, I could be anywhere, as long as I'm out of CA. CDA doesn't work...- KonoctisWigwam
