Theres nothing wrong with solo hunting, pack out to where the game is, roll out the bag and wake up amongst the animals. Nothing simpler. No 1 rule, dont panic if you get wet or wake up in snow. Enjoy- kiwi hunter

Yes, unfortunate for him he had a split palm otherwise would have left him for another yr or two. I cull hard with my axis porcinus stags. They had a fallow herd in nz with cleft palms, but eventually with time and better quality animals they turned things about and now its a pleasure to shoot...- kiwi hunter

New bow and loving it
Had a session this morning, all kill shots at that range. Ive given up on the thumb release, ended up punching the trigger and spraying all over. Back to split fingers.- kiwi hunter

Sad day today. Havent been doing much practice, drawing arm not feeling too good . I put the bow and arrows in the killing shed just in case one of the cull stags should venture up to the quarters for a lazy feed, half an hour later about 9 mixed age and sex deer drifter out into the clear, two...- kiwi hunter

150 accubond h1000 7 rem mag load data?
The sweet spot is the 162 and 168 grns. I hear all the time 2209 is the go to. Sorry if its of no help.- kiwi hunter
