Still have youngish eyes so non-illuminated should be fine. I like the 2-10 range of the 5HD. Everything else seems a bit overkill for what I will be doing. -

Thanks to everyone that has contributed to this. It has been a huge help. I think I am going to pick up the Hell's Canyon Speed in the next couple of days. Played with the Weatherby, Bergara, and Christensen rifles and the HC Speed just felt the best in my hands. -

I am giving a hard look at the Browning Hell's Canyon Speed in 6.5 PRC. Little concerned about the limited ammo options but, if it is anything like the 6.5 Creedmoor, that should open up in the next year or so. I need to get into a store soon to get a real feel for the guns though. -

Not too worried about getting the ammo. The options for rifles in that caliber are significantly less than the Creedmoor. Most of them are out of the budget for this round.
