DIY shoulder mount?

I wish I could find a shoulder mount done for that much here on long Island your looking at a 1000 I have yet to take a buck because of antler restrictions where I hunt but I did get my first bear this year and I'm a diy type of guy but I figured I'll only do one bear so I'm having it done but...

alittle European bear mount help

So I got a bear this year and now I would like to mount this on a plaque sideways with the mouth open. So looking for some help to mount this. Not sure how to get the mouth to stay open and mount it sideways..... Thx for any input
