I’m going to go out on a very short limb and tell you that your broadhead to vane alignment is not your issue. You have something else going on. Likely bow tune issues. Shoot a few bare shafts and see what you are getting.
Arctic shield boot covers work pretty good for white tail stand hunting. They are decently lightweight enough to pack around and easy to get on and off. I think they would work better for you then a bootie that requires you to take your boots off as well.
