    What is the dumbest thing you have done while hunting?

    I missed a 390" bull in unit 9 AZ. 4 years ago. 34 yards slightly quartering away, drilled the only stick within 15 yards of the bull. The arrow rattled off his antlers and I never saw him again. Still have nightmares about that day. :eek: |oo

    Thanks guys, He wasn't the biggest bear in the woods but he did have a unique coat. I sat down to glass for about 3 seconds before we spotted him eating blue berries. 217 yard shot at about a 50 degree angle straight down through the spine. Lost him in the recoil and ended up looking for him...

    Washington permit results are out

    Good job on the draws guys and I hope you are successful. I wasn't so lucky on the draws this year But have 8 pts for deer and elk and 7 pts for moose sheep and goat, also have some good hunts still planned for this year. :D
