I have had the same problem, Sent the scope back 3 times. Each time it cam back with a report that they re zero's the cross hairs. Take it to the range, after 3 shot right back to lost zero. Sent it in the last time, they sent it back. Sold the scope to someone who was going to put it on a .243... -
