Milk jug challenge.
When I was an auto mechanic we would save anti-freeze jugs and fill them with water and shoot them. My brother is sort of a ballistics enthusiast so he would line enough of them up in a row that it would trap the mushrooms and then he would see which one turned out best. -

If someone is making money off of a public natural resource I think they absolutely should have to pay for a permit and it shouldn't be granted to more people than the wildlife population and habitat can sustain.
