Healthy eats
I have type 2 diabetes. Last two checkups have been good so only meds for that is ozempic. Hopefully start to wean off of that slowly if the doc OKs that. Metformin is the most evil crap man has ever invented.- duckhunt

Summer scouting
I should add we will be hunting along the colorado Utah border. Will not be crazy high in elevation. -

there's a chance I may get an extra week of vacation around the end of July. I'm in the Colorado draw for a muzzleloader tag that I'm pretty confident I should draw. Since the muzzy season is the middle of September can I plan on elk using the same patterns from July through September? -
