So pay the tresspass fees or the outfitter that leases it and go hunt it. i dont believe a landowner should be expected to just allow anyone to hunt land they pay taxes on . Because some feel entitled to the animals just because they bought a licence. -

All 3 should be and can be addressed by your state legislature and govoner maybe texas should have used money from sueing to try and over turn a election on security & mental health instead- drifter52

I dont hunt horns never have never will. I hunt to fill the freezers I think a lot of hunters simply go our of state to get away fromntheir wife and kids thrn shoot any legal buckbthey see to convvince their spouse they.actually did go to hunt and not just party with the boys -

I do know several people that do not register their harvest even though it is required , problem Is the state doesnt enforce it even if you call and turn them in they assume if you dont report it you didn't notch your tag -

I can gaureentee you pennsylvania kills whitetails bigger then 120 quite frequently they just dont brag about it that way they don't have a few thousand nr hunters over running their state They also kill some big black bears -

Never registered the states they were harvested in do not require mandatory harvest reporting /Registering so your assumption would be WRONG you can't incorrectly register them when its not mandatory now can you ? i dont do surveys I hang up the phone the minute they state the... -

Sounds like they want control of non resident hunters to me, force non residents to hunt with an outfitter then triple the price
